installing certificate for project server 2007

Current environment is windows 2008, project server 2007 and wss3.0

Install is complete i can access via port 80 and local admin, accessing pwa and project client 2007 via ssl as a windows user is the problem. 1) how do I install the certificate for project server 2007 2) how do I setup ssl, so it may use the certificate.
