Incorrect name displayed on PWA.

Hi,

We currently have a user who logs into our EPM environment. At the top of the PWA site it displays the incorrect name for this person (User 1) (i.e. Welcome <name>).

I have tried deleting the user and re-creating them, but have the same result. The name which is displayed belongs to another user (User 2), however, when I change the name of User2it is not reflected when User 1 logs in. This indicates that User 1 account does not seem to be interacting with User 2. Sounds confusing huh?

Anyway, does any one have any thoughts on this, as I am stumped. I cannot delete User 2 as they have actuals against project schedules which we cannot afford to lose.

Anywa feedback would be greatly appreciated.
