Default Restore PWA site using DDBB

Hi again!
I keep fighting versus P-S - Spanish version, installing it on Virtual Machines and trying to deploy a site using data from our production server.
I'm afraid I still haven't managed to recover a single backup, and I have tried all levels of P-S restore: Sharepoint Central Administration Backup & Restore, PWA site backup restore, Overwritting DDBB files ( .mdb & .mdl ) ...

The next step is trying to "cheat" Project-Server by creating a new empty site, and dumping the Real database into the new one... but I'm a newbie at MS SQL Server 2005 and I still haven't found the way.

I'm using SQL Server Management Studio Express. Does it have any chance to dump data into an existing DDBB, or creating a new DDBB using data from .mdb files?

Anyone has any suggestion about "How to clone an entire MOPS-Single-Server Install" different than copying entire hard disk ????

Thanks in advance!!!

PS: Project Server is for sufferers...

Default ps restore

At least I managed to restore the MOPS full site using .bak files generated by Sql Server Management Express Edition, restoring them ( PWA_Archive, Draft, Reporting and Published ) into a new deployment of PS hosted in a VM.

I get some errors complaining about different Sahrepoint configurations, but it surprisingly works.
