Project Estimation in Project Web Access/Project Server 2007

1. Is there any Project Estimation Tool within project Server
2. Can we have Effort Estimation like actual vs estimated for a project in project web access

3. Can we have dashboard view showing status of projects present in project web access

I need them urgently. Can you help me in those. if you find then list the procedure to follow so that i can try it and implement them
