Resource Reporting

Does anyone know why Resource Reporting picks up closed projects?

I have had to go into Closed projects and remove resources from the plans even though the projects are 100% closed.

This only picked up certain projects which was strange. The Project Information was all closed too.

If anyone has any ideas, I would love to hear them!
