Default Team member tasks visible by team leaders

Hello all,

I'm new using Project Server and I'm having trouble with tasks visibility on my first project published.

I've defined some resources, included them in their corresponding groups (Team Members, Team leaders). I've created a project. I've built a team and I've assigned the corresponding resource to each task (I'm not using resources pool but direct assignation instead).

Whenever any resources logs to project server he can see his own assignments by "My Tasks" link. He can see all his tasks status (progress, delays etc) in a very useful way.

My intention is to allow each team leader not only to see his own assignments but his team members assignments as well and receive an email each time any team member updates a task or there is something overdue.

I guess there is a way to achieve this but I have not been able to find it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
