Default AD Sync Issue

I am trying to load users from active directory into a new installation of PS 2007. I am able to load smaller groups (Administrator, Executives, Project Managers, etc) with no problems, however when I go to load and sync the Team Member group (700 users) I get an error in the queue and all of my previously loaded & Synched individuals are wiped out of the "Users" list. I get an

error ID of 26000
MessageType="SynchronizeSingleUserMembershipInWssM essage"
MessageID="912"

has anyone seen this issue before OR know where I can lookup the Message ID?

Thanks,
JB

I haven't had any luck in finding any information on this issue... I've reached out to my colleagues and some MCS people I know to no avail. If you find a solution, please let us know what it was. I'll keep an eye out for anything helpful.
