Unable to Publish a Project

A user is having difficulty publishing a specific project in Project Web Server 2007. After accepting timesheets for the project, she tries to save and publish the project but is unsuccessful. The error details are below:

However, there are no issues when saving and publishing other projects.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you set the date in the Manage Queue screen back, say, a year... do you see any "Failed and Blocking Correlation" jobs?

Yes. The Job State columns shows "Failed But Not Blocking Correlation". The "Job Type" column shows "Reporting (WSS Sync). The error detail is below:

After submitting the previous reply, I looked at Manage Queue Jobs and now it looks like the job was successfully published by the user. The user wasn't able to publish the job before so she asked the Project Server Administrator to try and publish it. The Administrator was successful. The user then tried to publish it and it was successful. Huh!!

Furthermore, after the user published the project, she was successful in creating a WSS Workspace. After that, that's when the "ReportingWssSyncListFailed" errors came up in the Manage Queue Jobs.

I'm still confused as to what this error means and how to fix it.
