Project Portfolio Server 2007 Customization

Hi,

I'm trying to confirm the feasibility in customizing PPS2007.

These customizations include:
1. Adding / Modifying project views and tabs
2. Moving sub-tabs position
3. Moving custom attributes to default views and tabs (instead of Additional Attributes)
4. Adding extra functionality (custom .NET components) into the PWA pages

The questions are:
1. Is it possible / how do we do the customizations above?
2. Tools and Framework needed to customize Project Portfolio Server (used as standalone)
3. Can we deploy custom .NET components to PPS?
4. If so, what are the best technical resources available that would be a good introduction into PPS2007 custom development?

what do you mean by project views
you can add new tabs, but will not be able to control the visibility / editable nature (project.aspx)
can move the sub-tab positions (project.aspx)
i have seen no capability to extend pps using custom .net pages
