saving and publishing

my project is checked out to me,am the administrator and also the project owner and the only one signing into the project professional,after force check-in,my project professional cannot save,publish,update,assign resource and a whole lot of other stuffs.I need help before i get fired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
