MS Project 2007 web services thru SOAP Toolkit 3.0

Hi all.

I create com object "MSSOAP.SoapClient30". Then I call method MSSoapInit("http://userassword@ServerName/Projectserver/_vti_bin/PSI/Projectwsdl.aspx", "Project", "ProjectSoap").

I call method of MS Project web service CreateProjectFromTemplate(guid of tamplate, "test project")

and get error "VersionMismatch:The Soap processor found an invalid namespace for the SOAP Envelope element."? Do you know why?
