So, you're writing directly to the actuals instead of using the Statusing web service to create, approve, and apply them?

Yes, I am using the Acuals in the PSI. I am not using the Statusing web service. I tried to use the Statusing Web Service, but I couldn't get it to work properly and couldn't find enough documentation on how to use it and see what I was doing wrong.

Fair enough.

I assume you are making changes to each individual Assignment rather than to the Task itself?

If it's only one project, what makes this project different from the others?

I can not see any difference. However, when I look at the PWA, it doesn't look like the PWA is showing the proper progress. The % Work Complete does not seem to relate to the progress bar on the graph for the gantt chart.

The task itself is modified. The % Work Complete field is modified as well as the Actual Start and the Actual Finish.

Project Center shows % Complete, not % Work Complete... Could this be your problem?

Well, it is interesting because when I open the problematic project in Project Pro and publish, progress is shown. But after published with the PSI, there is no progess.

That was my understanding. But since you mentioned % Work Complete, I wanted to point out that Project Center shows % Complete, not % Work Complete, and the two may not be the same.

Have you contacted PSS yet?

I also know that you said you don't see any difference, but there has to be some kind of difference between this project and the others that work.

Another thought: have you tried deleting and recreating the project?

I have thought about deleting the project and recreating it. I know that the PM will probably kill me if I give that option! I have not contacted PSS yet, how do I go about that?

Well, you can always transfer the data from the project into a new project and delete the old one. Sometimes "bad things" happen in Project Server and the best option is to delete and re-create a project.

Information on contacting PSS can be found here. I would recommend trying the recreation prior to calling since this is likely one of the first things they will have you do.
