Microsoft Solutions Sales/Account Manager Opportunity - Milwaukee, WI The Judge Group is actively seeking an Account Manager with experience in selling Microsoft Solutions & products for a permanent hire position with our direct client. The position requires a consultative and performance oriented person with at least 3 years of experience in Microsoft solutions sales/business development who will have responsibility to prospect new accounts as well as existing clients to solicit sales for the client's Microsoft Consulting practice. REQUIREMENTS:- 3 years of experience in selling IT and/or Management Consulting services;
- Must have experience selling project management solutions services to organizational executives and PMOs.
- Executive presence with, program office, and/or senior decison maker positions
- Good functional knowledge of the entire spectrum of Microsoft products/solutions
- Good understanding of Microsoft strategy and positioning of its products and solutions
- Should be able to develop the business for the full spectrum of Microsoft products and solutions.
- Proven track record of significant quota achievement and demonstrated career stability in selling Microsoft Solution & Products
- Microsoft certifications and sales training is a plus
- Consultative approach to customer relationship management
- Ability to work with multiple partners in order to sell a complete solution
- Demonstrated experience marketing and building revenues for a consulting organization
- Outstanding written, verbal, presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong PC skills including use of web-based CRM software, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work closely with delivery teams on solution qualification, development, and closure.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Management, Marketing or Finance
COMPENSATION:
Salary plus excellent commission program.
