I'm trying to trace the error through Sysinternals Process Monitor, but I have no luck by the moment... | Try running TASKLIST /SVC /FI "IMAGENAME EQ SVCHOST.EXE". That should tell you what process(es) SVCHOST is running under what PIDs. Hopefully that will help!
