If you don't want that filter to be in the global: - Check out the Enterprise Global
- Open the Organizer (Tools > Organizer)
- Click on the Filters tab
- Make sure that you have "Checked-out Enterprise Global" selected in the listbox labeled "Filters available in:", located in the bottom-left corner of the dialog
- Click the filter you wish to delete
- Click Delete
