If you don't want that filter to be in the global:
  1. Check out the Enterprise Global
  2. Open the Organizer (Tools > Organizer)
  3. Click on the Filters tab
  4. Make sure that you have "Checked-out Enterprise Global" selected in the listbox labeled "Filters available in:", located in the bottom-left corner of the dialog
  5. Click the filter you wish to delete
  6. Click Delete
