Interesting... I'm not sure why you are seeing this error continually. It may have to do with the session state and how it is maintained by Project Server, but I am not sure.
I don't think the errors are hurting anything, though... I would just ignore them. You've suggested that the user stop using Firefox, so I would just keep an eye on it.
