- Yes... Both Service Pack 1 and Post-SP1 Hotfix Rollup are available.
My hunch is that perhaps the Draft project is being saved without being fully calculated... There's nothing in the QueuePublish method that allows you to recalculate before Publish... so, I don't think it's an issue with the Publish.
Just to confirm... your PMs don't self-publish; instead, they save to the Draft DB and your application executes a publish via the PSI nightly. Correct?
